You want the short version?

Douse car with gasoline. Provide ignition source.

Search classifieds, ebay, craig'slist, purchase replacement 
vehicle.

Alternately, drive (push?) car to mechanic, take out HEL, call 
mechanic weekly, pick up when ready, write large check.

Seriously...that's a *lot* of work on an S-car. If you are going 
to do it yourself, you'll want Volume 1, Volume 2 and most of 
Volume 3 of the Bentley manual.

Oh, and while you're at it, replace the bulbs in the IC. They're 
out.
