[s-cars] Diagnosis & Repair of POS Failure

Having just fought my way through a failed Power Output Stage (POS)
channel, I collected everything I could find written on this and
added a POS Diagnosis entry to my web pages:

I think this corrects some previously written errors, and is maybe
a little clearer for someone doing it the first time.  Comments and
