You are kidding, right?

That's a big list.

The transmission and clutch should be done at once, the driveshaft could
be done later. The steering rack and flush should be done together.

Seriously, you are looking at either big money and a heck of a lot of
your own time or huge money and with none of your time (shop time).
Either way, it's a lot of work.

It's suggest prioritizing this list and tackle it in small pieces.
