[s-cars] Hard steering S6

Are you the original owner?  If not, it's possible the P.O. disabled
the servo-tronic.  Look on the steering rack, on the driver side, near
where the hydraulic lines attach.  There's a 2-pin electrical
connector, is it attached?  If not, no harm done, but the rack will be
in "low assist" mode.  This is normally reserved for high vehicle
speeds.  When connected, the car reports low vehicle speeds through
those wires and the rack will go into "high assist" mode.
