[s-cars] Hall Sender GB: Order placed, please see inside for your payment details

Just got off the phone with BB Automacao, and placed an order for 47 (!) of 
the hall senders. The response to this GB was much larger than I expected, 
I'm sure these will be helpful in keeping our old S-cars on the road. I was 
told the senders should arrive at my home here in Boston on Friday, and I 
will get them shipped out as time allows next week.
With 47 total ordered, the price worked out to $8.80 per sender.
In the table below I've totaled up everyone's individual orders, including 
adding $4.05 for USPS priority flat-rate shipping (2-3 business days) if you 
indicated you needed them shipped. Chad Clark and Ben Howell, your shipping 
has been combined as requested, so each of your orders includes half the 
shipping charge ($2.03). If there is a question mark next to your name in 
the "Shipping Needed" column, please get back to me and let me know whether 
I need to ship these to you, and note that your price as listed below DOES 
NOT include the charge for shipping. Flat-rate Global priority to Canada is 
$6.25, and that is reflected in the Canadian orders as listed below (prices 
listed in US dollars).
There are two prices listed in the last column - the check/cash/money order 
price, and the paypal price (which includes a little extra to cover paypal's 
3% fee - I am NOT making a dime on any of these). Please pay accordingly. If 
you would like to pay via check/money order, send me an email and I will 
send you my mailing address. If you are using paypal, my account address is 
zwoobah at hotmail.com . If everything is OK with your order as listed below, 
you can paypal me at your earliest convenience. If any changes need to be 
made, please drop me an email. I will let everyone know as soon as the hall 
senders are ready to ship out.
