[s-cars] New S6 owner / engine noise

When I had a mystery noise coming from the engine, it finally turned out to 
be a rod bearing. It would tap when releasing throttle between 3-4K rpm. I 
think letting off boost and restricting throttle allowed the piston to float 
and then the noise would appear. More so when warm than cold. It was #5. 
Just recently got it back together. I have parts and suggestions if you need 
them.
