[s-cars] Rebuilding turbos

Thanks guys! This actually answers another question I had, which was 
whether the K24 could be improved while being rebuilt.

Also, on a related note...what has been the experience of those of you 
that have had rebuilds done?  I doubt a rebuild would give me another 
168k miles...but do they seem to last, assuming the work is done 
competently?

Inquiring minds want to know.
