[s-cars] Bypass valves - again

Sorry guys,

I know this horse has been beaten to death many times but...

Im replacing my second bypass valve.  The part number is 06A 145 710G.

Is this the upgrade for the 034145710A?

Which is recommended or are they the same?  I cant recall what I learned
last time I went through this. 

Im not ready for the cost of any of the aftermarket units - yet.
