[s-cars] Time for fans and horns

Bill-
You need to get the horn that the fire trucks use- I've had the top down
when one of those went by and when the guy tooted the horn, I actually felt
shock waves wash over the car.

I don't know if you can ever win- I've seen idiots cut in front of fire
trucks with their lights on, siren on and horn blowing.

There are a few train horns on ebay that are insanely loud, but you'll need
to plumb in air lines and have a compressor in the trunk.
