[s-cars] 95 S6 a/c compressor noise

 The compressor cluthch is some kind of wobble design and when it goes, 
it can get loud. If you're still getting cold air, it may just be the 
clutch, but I don't know if they are seperable. The compressor is 
expensive, a rebuilt one is less, but no bargain. I got about 20,000 
miles out of a rebuilt and had to pony up and get the new one anyway.
