though not Audi related, I recently snagged a shipping container for a
BMW R1200RT while I was at my dealer getting my R1200GS serviced. it's
about 300 pounds of steel, mostly 1/8" square tube and sheet. it
knocks down into manageable pieces. not sure if I'll save it for
shipping my bike, turn it into a bike lift or just turn it into scrap
to be used on other projects.

know your dealer and show up at the right time!!!
