Just some random thoughts.

May want to check your front CV joints.  Maybe you have a torn boot on
one and the joint is on its way out.  Sitting around for the week the
joint may have seized up slightly.  

Another thing may be that the tires have just gone square from sitting.
Have you driven it long?  The tires will eventually round out again.
This will vary from tire to tire.  I remember my Dunlop SP8000's used to
do this, just from sitting overnight.  First couple of miles was always
a little shaky.
