[s-cars] Speaking of horns

I got my A6 back from my mechanic last week and something was not right. My
normally robust Stebel was a mere shadow of its former self.

The car had gone in for a radiator R&R and my guess was that the original
horns had been reconnected. My mechanic assured me that he had reconnected
the Stebels...

So I took a look today. One of the horn wires had slipped out of its
connector, and I was probably getting a weak ground through the mount.

As long as I was underneath and fiddling around (ahem!) I took this
opportunity to do the Paulie upgrade...

So now my car has a pair of Stebel horns, and yep, they're loud!

Don't ask me *why* I had a spare Stebel horn in my inventory...but then
again, more than one of you would understand...

Oh, and by the way, I'm dining at the Quattro Restaurant tomorrow night
