[s-cars] Possible Valve Cover Gasket Problem

I went to check the torque on my plugs the other day and found oil in 3 of
the 5 spark plug "compartments."  My guess is this is the valve cover gasket
leaking...does this sound right?  I assume this is a pretty easy thing to
change from the looks of it...any pitfalls to avoid?  Thanks!
