[s-cars] Alignment shop in MD/DC/VA and Specs

Greetings all,

I need to have my lowered 93 S4 aligned.  I've got H&R and Konis,
2Bennett plates and 18" wheels.

I found a recommended shop, but they want $160 for a four wheel
alignment.  Is this outrageous?  Any recs on a shop in the DC/VA/MD
area?

Also, can someone please forward prefered camber/caster settings for a
lowered car?
