I unfortunately omitted the fact that by not upgrading my account in order
to eliminate the fees, I cannot accept CC payments.  Please Paypal using
Paypal account funds or bank funds.  Sorry for any confusion.

We've gone over 48 hours with no new additions to the GB.  So it would
appear that we have maxed out at 116.  I will not place the order until
after the 31st, so I will continue to add new people until then if
necessary.

I have decided that in order to save everyone the paypal fee of 2.9% + $0.30
per transaction, I am going to stay with my personal Paypal account which
uses this email address.  There is a limit as to the amount of money that I
can receive in a 30 day period.  The good news is that my account rollover
date is 6/4.

So, here is what needs to happen.

Final pricing for US participants is as follows:

Qty (1) $11.25

Qty (2) $18.25

Qty (3) $25.25

Qty (4) $32.25

All US participants with last names between A through K (Paul K, you are the
last person), please Paypal me between now and midnight 6/3.

All US participants with last names between L through Z please Paypal me
starting on 6/5.

All INTERNATIONAL participants will be contacted individually with final
pricing.

I still need shipping addresses from the following:

Michael Cancellier
Varon Fugman
Paul Heneghan
Luke Kohler

If the above instructions are followed, this GB should close out smoothly.
I will post again as shipping commences.  TIA for your cooperation.
