Steve,

You're doing so much work on this that I hate to add to it, but I'm probably 
not the only PayPal novice around.  The only way I have to pay via PayPal is 
using a credit card.  I have never supplied my bank account number to them 
and intend to keep it that way, and from what I read, that's the only way to 
fund my account.  I could send you a check but I know that exposes you to 
the risk of bounced check fees.  Another alternative is a post office money 
order, or heck, I'll even send the cash.  You could send your address via 
email so it's not out here for the whole world to see.
