Since posting the US pricing a couple days ago, a few have increased their
orders.  We are currently at 128.  I will not place the order until after
the 31st, so I will continue to add new people until 11:59pm, 5/31 as
necessary.

The consensus from Canadian participants indicate that USPS shipping with no
delivery confirmation is the shipping of choice.

With this in mind, final pricing for CANADIAN participants is as follows:

Qty (1) $11.75

Qty (2) $18.75

Qty (3) $25.75

Qty (4) $32.75

All CANADIAN participants with last names between A through K, please Paypal
me between now and midnight 6/3.

All CANADIAN participants with last names between L through Z please Paypal
me starting on 6/5.

All other INTERNATIONAL participants will be contacted individually with
final pricing.

REMEMBER, no CC payments.  Anyone planning to pay via a different method
