[s-cars] 1.8T coil odd behavior

Dave,
My conversion doesn't have any sort of strange behavior (other than  
smoothly reving to 7000+) but I will pay more attention to the first  
15 seconds or so and report if I find anything. The symptoms sound  
like the heater in the oxygen sensor is not operating. Since the  
power for that heater comes from the same bank of connectors as the  
coils, there may be a connection. I ran an individual power wire to  
each coil, like the stock setup, which may be different than  
conversions by others.
