I recently did some price shopping, and found a supplier I was reluctant to use, but did it anyway.

This is for the rear shocks.  What I found...
 
I did the lookup using a 91 200 20v TQ.  It uses the same part numbers as the S4.  For this app, it lists the correct part number twice.  Once for $121 per rear shock, and once at $98 per rear shock.  You need a #L4000-53244 for the rear.  For the front, you can use a L3005-53243 sport at $129 each, or a #L3005-51304 heavy duty for $111 each.  They are valved the same.  The sports are supposed to be for shorter springs, however, I've never had any issue running HD's in a lowered car.  The link for the fronts:

My experience...
I called at about 8:30 Mountain time on a Saturday evening.  A women who was clearly from India answered the phone... took my order, confirmed the prices, etc.  I had a confirmation email before I was off the phone.  Tuesday at noon, the struts arrived.  Nothing weird, just the correct parts, very fast.
 
My total... $420.32 for a complete set of Bilsteins... the shipping was free.  I don't know anyplace that could do it for less.
