[s-cars] Oil seeping from head gasket - anything to worry about?

Not that there's much worrying about it will do anyway...  I have a very
slow oil seep front and back of the engine.  I'm talking about between the
head and the block, not the valve cover.  Do I need to budget for a
headgasket?  (And anything else I do "since I'm in there").

FYI this is a '93 with 128K, and it's chipped (Pastore 1+).
