[s-cars] Garrett 3071 software

This is AAN engine with RS2 injectors, RS2 MAF, 034 RS2 replica tube  exhaust 
manifold, 034 Garrett 3071 with .63 AR, Stromung exhaust, Corky Bell  
top/bottom FMIC. I am currently running Intended Acceleration SW that is limited  to 
26 PSI. Looking for SW that is tuned for the 3071. I know the 3071 can  
efficiently run at a higher PSI with larger injectors.
