So it looks like (using my handy dandy currency
converter) $140-143
shipped
to one guy. Then reshipping to individuals should
bring it to about
$160
maximum I suppose. I'm in.

$5 may be a little low. I get discount UPS rates here
at work and I
rarely ship anything for under $6.
In any case, it will be cheaper than the damn UPS
Stores.
Now, here is a point that someone brought up to me
after seeing the GB
info. It seems some Audi parts were imported and
taxed heavily. These
were bearings and that seems to be the issue. I am
not sure about
caliper brackets that are not offered in the U.S.
I have personally received two very large crates chock
full of Audi
parts from Europe and was never charged any tariff.
But... most of the
parts were used.
Look at this thread (
http://www.tdif.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=245#6852 )
and see what you
think. I can not be responsible for any taxation that
may occur. I am
not even getting a set of these brackets, I am just
setting things up.
Anyone else is welcome to take over if they care to as
well.
The worst case may be that brackets end up costing
what they would have
from another source.

Ok so $140'ish shipped to a single destination from
Vag....then as Dave mentioned the debocle on the TDIF
site over the Rs2 hubs & wheel bearings they were
charged like an additional $600!!
So what are others experiences with tarrifs/additional
taxes to get them here??? So just going by
guesstamation from the TDIF thread it could be an
additional $30...or who knows..so
the question is....who wants to roll the dice & get
them from Vag???& if there are extra costs will
everyone poney up???...or will some back out????
I could re-talk to Javad to see if he could kinda
match the total price from Vag...what was it...say
$180'ish.
I don't know..what do you all who are interested
think?? I as I stated I NEED these brackets.
So I got a suggestion. People spout off who wants &
I'll ask Javad again what his BEST price would be.
Thanx
