[s-cars] still having heat problems

 Hey guys, been trying to get the heat to work in the wifes car for a year now. We pulled the blower and checked it over, everything looked to be working fine. We also took the heater core out and cleaned it, it seemed to not be clogged and looked fine. The heat is working but only about half strength and only while driving. There is no heat at idle. Now the only thing I can think to check is the water pump, is there anything else? Does the afterrun pump have anything to do with this? Thanks for any help.
