[s-cars] still having heat problems

Was looking around on ETKA and there appears to be a idle boost solenoid and
a check valve near the blower - could be your culpritts. If you have ETKA
see page 820-40.

It won't be the afterrun pump. That only cuts in after the engine is turned
off.

Elijah,

did you check the thermostat?

When they fail open the coolant won't
have a chance to warm much, this could
explain why it only gets warm when driving.

Does your gauge indicate the coolant is 
warming up?
