I am not sure in what format the URS4 manual was published.  The URS6  
manual was combined with the A6 manual of that year and is readily
available from the Audi recommended source below.  They are also the  
cheapest source for these manuals as well.  Since the URS4 manual is
not listed online it might be worthwhile to call.

authorized supplier of service manuals, owner's manuals,  
troubleshooting guides, and technical service bulletins for Audi of  
America. You may see the lists of available publications and order
