Bob;

I know that on my UrS4 I can unlock the rear doors by pulling up on the door
pins - done it several times with the battery dead or disconnected. In the
interest of science, I'll dash out and try it on the S6.......*puff, pant,
wheeze* Yep, works on the S6 as well.

There is definitely something screwy with my back door locks. If you lock
the doors, there is no way to exit the vehicle from the back seat. You can
not pull up on the door pins at all. And trying to open it from the inside
door pulls does nothing, no matter how many times you pull on them. Only
after you unlock all the doors, either with the switch on the driver's door,
or with the remote, can you open the rear doors from the inside (or at all
for that matter).

I first noticed this the other day when my battery was dead. I doubt the
pump would have still been trying to pull down the lock pins as there wasn't
even any power to run the clock or the theft code LED on the radio.

Can anyone confirm that with the doors locked, you can exit the car from the
back seat by either pulling up on the door pins or pulling on the door
handle?
