[s-cars] owners manual

FYI, my '92 (with '93 manual) shows a build date of 6/92.  that means
it was one of the last '92s to roll off the assembly line.  has all the
stuff that '92s are supposed to have, though - quattro script in the
rear window (before it was smashed and replaced with a non-quattro window),
strut tower brace, 2-position hood strut, trip computer, ABS off switch.
