I really hate to say this, but you may not know till you pull the turbo and
carefully inspect all the blades.  While the car "seemed" drive well after
the plug failures, all was, in fact, not well.  Unfortunately BTDT.  Two
failed F5PDOR's (one brand spanking new), two turbos significantly damaged,
although they did continue to run for another 10k+ miles before the downpipe
was pulled and the extent of the hot side blade damage realized.  One major
plus of the sleeve bearing design (allegedly less sensitive to blade
imbalances) vs. the new rage in ball bearings.
