[s-cars] no heat part 9

 Hey guys, well after over a year of replacing things that were fine to fix the heat problem I took the car to my friends shop and he thinks he foud the problem. He had the heater core out before and it flowed fine so he put it back in but after still not getting heat and doing timing belt and water pump out came the heater core again. He said he found a piece of plastic in one of the hoses going to the heater core and believes its part of what diverts the water through the core on the inside. Anyone ever heard of this? We ordered a new core so if this doesn't work I am gonna be pissed.
