[s-cars] Cashmere '95 Avant FS in Maryland?

It is my understanding that someone on the S-List went to see this car that is advertised on the Markeplace, and walked away.  I need to contact this person, and find out what the deal is with this car.  I would need to fly there to purchase the car, but need to know as much as I can before I decide to do so.
