[s-cars] Are headlight mounting tabs replaceable?

To add a bit more, mine were the top tabs that were broken from shipping.
One was completely missing, while the other piece was in the box.

I managed to find an old tab from a sacrificial light housing from a junker
and used JB weld. Yes, you need to roughen up the surface as it relies on
more of a mechanical bond and try to get the epoxy to "flow" all around the
joint using the largest surface area you can to create a strong bond.
