As a follow up --

Pete seems to have shipped my item.  Following some conversation on  
MotorGeek, he has just been incredibly busy and can't keep on top of  
all his projects.  He has yet to email me, but DHL has sent me a  
shipment notification from S-Werks Racing Development, so I'm going  
to consider this issue closed.
