[s-cars] 2nd Announcement: Leavenworth WA Beer and Brats Run Sept. 24/06

Details to follow shortly.  It will be similar to last year with a
meet-up of the Vancouver and Seattle S-car groups around 11:30 AM Sunday
AM and they convoying across to Leavenworth WA for some beer and brats. 
Just working on a fun detour around Monroe (thanks spedrcr).

Old Blewitt Pass is an option but not a good one for the Vancouver
crew.
