[s-cars] Dead fuel and temp gauges/Troubleshooting Help BTDT?

94 S4 Looking for help on figuring out inop temp and fuel gauges.   Currently 
running on borrowed stock ECU. Steve Eiche is repairing the one I fried with 
the 75 amp battery charger. Once back in ancient history a new temp gauge 
sending unit on 92 urS4 cured major crazy displays on the dash. Anyone BTDT?
