[s-cars] Wastegate Frequency Valve (N75)

The N75 is connected to the wastegate via a hose with a bango
bolt. Use I believe a 17mm wrench and loosen the bango bolt, if I
recall correctly this should give you full boost.
If the boost increases then you probably have a bad n75 valve.
