[s-cars] RS2 sighting - again

Finally, after seeing the local RS2 four times this summer, I finally 
run past him at an intersection when I'm in my //S6 instead of the barn 
bitch Trooper.  I gave a friendly toot and nod as we passed in opposite 
directions (no StebelKrasusky horn installed).  He seemed a little 
surprised as he glanced back.  Sure is nice to see its still alive and 
well.  Really wish he would be willing to sell it to me.
