[s-cars] Fuel Pump Relay (J17) Function - More than I thought.

I've been trying to help Bob Myers with his intermittent cutout problem.
The problem (seems) to be related to fuel. He has a new fuel pump and
its relayed to the battery, through the OEM J17 relay. He has tested
the FP relay but not the signal between the ECU and the J17. While I
still think the problem is the G28 engine speed sensor, I wrote the
following for Bob and posted it to AW as well:
"I knew that the ECU controlled the fuel pump (FP) relay (J17) (located
under the driver's side (LHD) knee bolster) and that the ECU would not
engage the J17 until it had a signal from the cam position sensor (G40)
during start-up and then the engine speed sensor (G28) during running.
However, the FP relay does more than that.
