[s-cars] ETKA install: Hardlock not present

I downloaded & installed US v5.30-458 & noted the little message that 
said to run hardlock.exe if this came up so I did & the Hardlock program 
just sits there with a blue screen & locks up the computer.  Maybe my 
computere is too slow (450Mhz running XP-I know I'm going to upgrade)?

I tried running US v6.....but it said I needed a screen with.....

How do I get the ETKA 5 to run?
