You can buy a nipple at Home Depot or the like.  1/8 NPT.  It will work fine located anywhere in the scroll.  Remove the compressor housing, drill and tap it, install the nipple, then reinstall the housing.  Clean, of course...

i just realized that the stock turbo has a fitting on it for the WGFV
that the hybrid turbo doesn't have.  this means i need to install a
nipple somewhere.  where are you guys with upgraded turbos putting
the nipple?

also, i tried to search for GT3071 in the list archives using the
google search dialog provided on www.audifans.com, and it gave me
one hit.  obviously not a complete search.  did anybody ever figure 
out how to search the archives effectively?
