The only way to do it is to use a Euro S6 instrument cluster as the
connectors are different between the '92-94 and the '95-'97 chassis.
Unless you really want to do some rewiring of the harnesses.

And the problem with the continental euro clusters is that they're going
to be metric only, though it's possible it could be swapped to English
units via VAG-COM.
