[s-cars] 97 urS6 question

ouch,, thats kind of a bunk deal.  maybe you can explain to the shop your
case, and how these werent sold in the states in '96 or up..  which is when
the rules changed for emissions/OBD compliance ,, at least in PA where im
from, but i imagine some bit of consistency among states.


i was just speaking to a guy today that does my shops emissions and him
mentioning how since it was a '94 that it was simpler..  you dont have a
'94, but the country (i imagine your typing in america) your vehicle had to
hold reference to for legalization didnt exhist in '96 y'know..

you did go through the proper procedures right?  i did it myself, but for an
'84, and all in all it was rather simple.
