[s-cars] Door panel removal advice?

John,

I am, unfortunately, an expert on S4/S6 door panel removal.  I have
been inside both of my front doors on too many occasions.  I can go
in, do my thing, and have it all back together in a matter of minutes.
 If you have specific questions, pop me a line off list.  Otherwise I
can recite a simple set of steps to follow.
