[s-cars] Head rebuild advice

Fellow S-Listers,
 
After 167k miles, and only 3 laps of my first run session at the Road America ACNA event, my head gasket decided it was time to die.  The head is currently off the car, and at the machine shop for a more detailed inspection.  While its off, what should I be looking at doing to improve performace and durability?
 
Port/polish
new valve guides/seals
new lifters
heavy duty springs w/titanium retainers
stainless/Inconel intake/exhaust valves
 
I'm already planning on replacing the stock exhaust cam with a 7A, or RS2 to help lower EGT's, metal head gasket, and arp head studs.
