[s-cars] how many miles can the AAN bottom end last without bearings/rings?

After you disconnect the rod you can measure and inspect the journals.  
I suspect you will be able to slip a new set of rod bearings in without 
any other work.  Personally I wouldn't mess with it at that mileage.  
Wait another 30k and do a rebuild.
