[s-cars] no list traffic

One should watch what one wishes for.  I have two s-cars accounts (work
and home). Both were set in LURK-only mode.  Now, through no action of
mine, both have been set by mysterious forces to Receive ALL.  Not what I
want at all. I guess I will have to go in and manual reset my account.
