Hmm.  First I'd put down that crack pipe, Shawn! He, he.  Yes, I bet  
it's the valve seals -- but since the oil consumption is so low (3k/ 
1qt), just leave it.  And that smoke under accel is more likely  
unburnt fuel :-)

Just leave it for now and address it if it gets worse.  At 160k the  
valve seals are most certainly the culprit.
