Yeah, agreed, I was on the hunt 12/06 and wholesale they were 25k on a
good day, more like mid 27's and I shy'd way away. Floor fell out
apparently.

There's one 3 miles from my house, 92k, some light front end paint work
to an OK standard, battery acid stain under rear floor mat, soaped
window says $18.7k. =20

Falling from the sky.

Those are wholesale #'s, however. Some may prefer the Certified
Pre-owned cars (a very good idea with these IMO), I just wasn't willing
to pay the premium. Those seeking that coddledge are better of going
retail, and paying accordingly. Guessing $25k range on up.

I initially agreed with Bruce on the steering (as a firm Servotronic
puller meself) and was set to pull this one. But the more time I spend
in it the more I realize it's waaaay less Servotronic'd than a C4. Way.
And I fear it would disrupt the balanced feel the car now has. It is
too light at idle, but that goes away soon as you start rolling. =20

Yes, the throttle *is* herky jerky. However, Bruce's isn't his daily
flog - I quickly adapted. DOES take concentrated effort though, I did
snap Jen's neck a few times this weekend. Or was that an accident heh
heh.

-Paul haven't bought retail in years K.
