[s-cars] Clutch issues?

I have been off list for a while, just lurking.  I am back with a
question.  

 

In fourth and fith gear at full throttle I have been getting a slip of
some sort at 4 or 5K RPM.  It doesn't feel like the engine, but I am not
sure.  It has not happened in lower gears yet.

 

More audi content:             This happened for the first time when I
was pushing the car hard verses a new V8 S4.  I was suprissed, I totally
smoked him, almost made me think that he was not trying.
