If you are outside the US FTP makes sense.  For that matter it may 
also make sense if you are inside the US.  If you want to do it via FTP then:

FTP to chips-ur-s.com.
username: ftpuser
password: scargo

cd to FA and get whatever you want.

My connection isn't all that fast so it may take a while, especially 
if a lot of simultaneous downloads are happening.  There may already 
be someone on there so if things seem slow you might wait a while 
before trying again.
